We design the structure before anyone talks about ink. ArtiosCAD dielines, inkjet proofs, and a CAD-cut sample so you can pack the real product — not a guess. Protection, cube, and how it opens on the line all get solved here.
Capabilities
What we convert in-house
Design, print, die-cut, foil, coat, fold, and glue under one roof in Southern California. That is how color, structure, and delivery stay on the same conversation.
Offset & digital printing
Retail cartons need color that holds. We run sheet-fed UV offset — a 40-inch 6-color and a 36-inch 4-color perfector, both with print inspection — and HP Indigo digital when you need a short run, a test market, or many SKUs. Pantone and process color are matched on press to a hard proof, not a PDF.
Die cutting
An automatic platen (28 × 41) and a cylinder die cutter cut, score, and crease production work. A CAD table cuts the sample you hold first. Unusual panels, hang tabs, auto-lock bottoms, and windows are normal work — not a special project we farm out.
Foil stamping & embossing
Foil catches light on the shelf. Emboss and deboss give the brand a surface you can feel. All three register to the print so the finish is part of the carton, not a sticker after the fact.
UV coating, lamination & soft-touch
Coatings are chosen for scuff, grease, and how the carton should feel. Full UV on the offset presses, film lamination and mounting, and soft-touch when the brand needs a matte, velvet hand. A beauty carton and a food carton are finished for the job they actually do.
Folding & gluing
A carton that will not open on the packing line is a failed job. Two Diana X gluers run straight-line and auto-bottom work in-house. We ship flats or glued cartons the way your operation actually packs.
Labels & commercial bindery
When the carton is only part of the pack, bindery stays in the same plant: Stahl folders (including pharma), stitching, perfect bind, Wire-O and coil, and shrink wrap. You are not juggling three vendors for one launch.
Corrugated & wide format
We laminate, die-cut, and glue corrugated when the piece fits our machines. Wide-format sits beside that: roll-to-roll graphics up to 126 inches, UV gloss, and Kongsberg routing for large work that is not a folding carton.
