Plant capabilities
From dieline to glued carton

Structural design
ArtiosCAD engineering, proofs, and a cut sample so the carton fits the product, the shipper, and the shelf.

Offset & digital printing
40-inch 6-color UV offset, 4-color UV perfector, and HP Indigo digital for shorts and versions.

Die cutting
Automatic platen and cylinder die cutting, plus a CAD sample cutter for prototypes.

Foil stamping & embossing
Foil, emboss, and deboss registered to print — the carton looks expensive in the hand, not just on a screen.

UV coating, lamination & soft-touch
UV gloss, film lamination, and soft-touch — chosen for scuff, grease, and how the carton should feel.

Folding & gluing
Heidelberg Diana X gluers for straight-line and auto-bottom cartons, ready for your line.

Labels & commercial bindery
Folding, stitching, perfect bind, Wire-O, and shrink — when the carton is only part of the pack.

Corrugated & wide format
Laminate, die-cut, and glue corrugated that fits our machines — plus wide-format graphics and CNC routing.

Process
Four steps. One company.
01
Talk through the pack
Every job starts at our Canyon Lake location. Product, quantity, line, and how it has to look on the shelf. Send a sample of what you have now if it exists.
02
Structure & sample
ArtiosCAD dieline, board spec, and a physical sample from our Canyon Lake office so you can pack the real thing.
03
Print & finish
Offset or digital, then foil, emboss, coat, and die-cut. Color gets approved before we commit the run.
04
Convert & ship
Fold, glue, carton pack, and palletize. Ready to ship to you.
Questions buyers actually ask
Is there a minimum order?
No published minimum. We run samples, short digital jobs, and full offset production. Call with the quantity you actually need.
Do you design the carton structure?
Yes. Structural design is in-house on ArtiosCAD, including prototypes and hand samples before you spend on a production die.
Where are you located?
Our location is at 31546 Railroad Canyon Rd STE B, Canyon Lake, CA — that is where design, samples, and quoting start. Manufacturing is in Southern California. All customer visits and shipments of samples go through Canyon Lake.
Can you match an existing carton?
Send one. We reverse-spec board, dieline, print, and finish so a reorder or a vendor change does not mean starting from a blank page.
What files do you need for a quote?
A dieline or drawing if you have one, quantity, board if you know it, print colors, and any foil or coating. If you only have a product in hand, that is enough to start.
